Jon Dallaire

I'm a musician and lover of music. I grew up on a steady diet of metal, and since being bitten by that bug - it's never left me.

I've been a musician for over 25 years - My primary instruments are drums and guitar. I've played in bands, and done session work over the years. But mostly record my own compositions at the studio.

While working nights I discovered streaming internet radio. I fell in love with it and was hooked immediately. I auditioned for Metal Nation Radio in 2014 - got the gig and never looked back.

After MNR left the airwaves I moved my show to Metal World Radio, where I have been since the end of 2020. 

​

I am a strong supporter of independent and unsigned music, and make sure to do a weekly feature called "The International House Of Metal" where I select unsigned bands from around the world to feature on the Metal Foundations show.

I also offer free demo services for bands I feel passionate about.
